Following the merger on 01 February 2007 between ATC and Aberdare Telecom Networks
which included Lambda, the new company CBI Electric: Aberdare ATC Telecom Cables (Pty) Ltd
has had the opportunity over the last few months to strategically examine its approach to the
market. |

| Following the merger on 01 February 2007 between ATC and Aberdare Telecom Networks which included Lambda, the new company CBI Electric: Aberdare ATC Telecom Cables (Pty) Ltd has had the opportunity over the last few months to strategically examine its approach to the market. Considering the synergy of combining the Marketing and Sales effort it has been decided to restructure with a view to improving the service to Customers previously serviced by Lambda and ATC separately. Dave Marshall will now focus on this market (Indoor and Data) under the umbrella of CBI Electric Sales and Marketing Director, Louis du Preez. He will be supported by Margy Nolan, Rensia du Toit and Malunga Jiya who will service the customer base from both plants. The operation unit at Rosslyn will now be supported by the Brits factory and its activities, planning and production, will be managed and controlled on one operating system by the operational management in Brits.
